What do I need for Instagram?
A professional Instagram account linked to your Facebook Page. During the pilot we add your account to the Zelvai app as a tester; it takes a few minutes on our call.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The inbox runs in the browser on your phone. Add it to your home screen to get alerts like any other app.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. We sign a data-processing agreement with every salon and keep only what the conversation needs.
