Questions agencies ask us
Will buyers know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. Every reply says it comes from your agency’s assistant. Anything the assistant cannot answer from the facts you gave it is handed to you instead of guessed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The inbox runs in the browser on your phone and computer. Add it to your home screen to get alerts like any other app.
Do I need to change my CRM or portal subscriptions?
No. Zelvai reads the enquiry emails your portals already send you and books into the calendar you already use. Writing back to your CRM is planned.
Which languages does it answer in?
The language the buyer wrote in, with dates and day names in that language too. You read and approve every reply in the inbox before it goes out.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
During the pilot nothing is sent without your approval, and you can edit any draft. Every conversation is logged. Switching single steps to automatic comes later, and only when you choose it.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. We sign a data-processing agreement with every agency and keep only what the conversation needs.
How long does setup take?
One 15-minute call. Email forwarding and the calendar connection are usually live the same day.
